Accessibility goal

We aim for this website to substantially conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

This statement describes our goal and process. It is not a third-party certification or a claim that every page, browser, device, assistive technology, or third-party service currently meets every WCAG success criterion.

Measures we take

Accessibility is considered as part of the website's design, development, content, and maintenance. Measures include:

• using semantic page structure, headings, landmarks, and descriptive page titles;
• supporting keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators for interactive controls;
• providing text alternatives for meaningful images and hiding decorative imagery from assistive technology when appropriate;
• labeling form controls and providing understandable instructions, validation messages, and status feedback;
• using color contrast and visual cues that do not rely on color alone;
• supporting responsive layouts, browser zoom, text enlargement, and content reflow across common screen sizes;
• reducing nonessential motion when a device requests reduced motion; and
• reviewing new pages and addressing reported barriers as the site changes.

Testing and ongoing improvement

Accessibility requires ongoing attention. We use a combination of code review, automated checks, keyboard review, responsive testing, and manual inspection when developing and updating the site. Automated testing alone cannot find every barrier, so feedback from people who use assistive technology is especially valuable.

Browsers, devices, assistive technologies, website content, and third-party services change over time. Some barriers may remain despite our efforts. We prioritize issues that interfere with requesting service, accessing important information, navigating the site, or completing a form.

Using this website

The site is intended to work with current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies. Older or unsupported browser and assistive technology combinations may provide a different experience. We work to keep the site usable with a keyboard, browser zoom, text enlargement, and reduced-motion preferences.

Third-party content and services

Some links, embedded content, maps, social platforms, or service-provider interfaces may be controlled by third parties. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of a third party's product, but we welcome reports about a barrier and will try to provide an accessible alternative for information or services within our control.
